in view of the fact that it is temporary, and that in

order to expedite completion of the contract it is the

practice to work longer than the usual hours.

- 3. Mr. Binnie on his recent visit to the Colony

expressed the opinion that provided that the present

working hours are maintained the original estimate of

the time required to complete the works can be

curtailed by approximately one year.
